Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss the cubed French bread with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.

In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced chicken, and croutons. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
