Sear the Salmon
Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.

Make the Lemon Dill Cream
In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Do not boil.

Plate the Dish
On each plate, arrange grilled squash and sliced heirloom tomatoes. Place the seared salmon on top and drizzle with lemon dill cream.
