Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Slowly add water to create a smooth batter.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.

Fry the Cauliflower
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the cauliflower florets in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce until well combined.

Toss the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the crispy cauliflower with the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.

Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
