Marinate the Red Onions
In a small bowl, combine the sliced red onions and white vinegar. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Jicama Chips
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the jicama chips with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

Season the Tuna
In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mixture over the tuna steak.

Sear the Tuna
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the tuna steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a slice of seared tuna into a romaine lettuce leaf. Top with marinated red onions and drizzle with lime green salsa. Add crispy jicama chips on the side.
