Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Cazadores Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Granada Vallet Bitter Pomegranate Liqueur, and Dolin Rouge Vermouth.

Mix
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Discard the ice water from the rocks glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
