Cook the Chicken
In a pot, boil the chicken breast with water, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper until cooked through (about 20 minutes). Shred the chicken and set aside.

Prepare Chicken Tinga
In a skillet, combine the shredded chicken with salsa verde, chipotle peppers, and orange juice. Heat on medium until heated through and well combined.

Assemble the Flautas
Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable. Place a spoonful of chicken tinga on each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.

Fry the Flautas
In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the flautas in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.

Serve the flautas topped with queso fresco, sour cream, and additional salsa verde if desired.
