Prepare Duck Confit
If using store-bought duck confit, shred the meat. If making from scratch, slow-cook duck legs in duck fat until tender, then shred.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Assemble Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with shredded duck confit, black beans, and cheddar cheese.

Bake Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Fresh Toppings
Remove from the oven and top with sliced radish, pico de gallo, yellow habanero peppers, and drizzle with crema.
