Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by cleaning all seafood. Remove the shells from the lobster tails and set aside. Rinse the mussels and discard any that are open or damaged. Clean the octopus and slice into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the calamari and cut into rings. Slice the chorizo into rounds and chop the potatoes into quarters.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, fill with water and add the quartered potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Chorizo

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced chorizo. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and the oils are released.

  4. 4

    Add Seafood

To the skillet with chorizo, add the cleaned mussels, octopus, and calamari. Stir well and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mussels open and the calamari is tender.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked potatoes and lobster tails to the skillet. Gently mix everything together and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a large bucket with crusty bread on the side.
