Burger Patty

Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck with salt and black pepper. Mix gently to combine without overworking the meat. Form into a single patty, ensuring it is about 3/4 inches thick.

  2. 2

    Grill the Patty

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patty on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patty and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Toppings

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

  2. 4

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking the burger patty, place a slice of Hufford raw milk white cheddar cheese on top of the patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

  3. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked and the cheese has melted, remove it from the grill. On the bottom half of the everything seasoned brioche bun, place the patty with melted cheese. Top with crispy bacon, crispy onions, and house pickled peppers.

Bun

  1. 6

    Prepare the Bun

Toast the everything seasoned brioche bun lightly on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
