Method
Tea Preparation

Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 12 oz of water to a rolling boil.

Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 1-2 minutes to reach the ideal temperature (around 175°F). Place 2 tsp of jasmine green tea in a teapot or a heatproof container.

Pour the hot water over the tea leaves in the teapot.

Allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes. Do not over-steep, as it can lead to bitterness.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a cup or a serving can.
