Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly wash the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Blueberries

No need to cut; simply rinse the blueberries and set them aside.

  4. 4

    Slice the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into medium-thick rounds.

  5. 5

    Peel and Slice the Kiwi

Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds or quarters.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Pineapple

Remove the skin from the pineapple, core it, and cut it into bite-sized chunks.

  7. 7

    Slice the Apple

Core the apple and slice it into thin wedges or cubes.

  8. 8

    Prepare the Grapes

Remove the grapes from their stems and rinse them under cold water.

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, pineapple, apple, and grapes.

  2. 10

    Add Optional Ingredients

If desired, drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine. You can also add mint leaves for garnish.
