Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bacon into small pieces. Dice the large tomato and finely chop the red onion. Shred the cooked chicken thighs and peel the hard-boiled eggs, slicing them into quarters.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, chopped red onion, shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and quartered hard-boiled eggs. Toss the ingredients lightly to mix.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined and emulsified.
