Grilled Sourdough

Method

Curry Roasted Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and cut the cauliflower into small florets.

  2. 2

    Season and Roast

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake

Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden, stirring halfway through.

Cheesy Base

  1. 4

    Mix the Cheesy Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted cauliflower, cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and chopped chives. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

  2. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.

Grilled Sourdough

  1. 6

    Prepare the Sourdough

Spread butter on both sides of each slice of sourdough bread.

  2. 7

    Grill the Bread

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill the sourdough slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble and Serve

  1. 8

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the cheesy cauliflower dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the hot cheesy curry cauliflower dip with grilled sourdough slices for dipping.
