    Brew the Espresso

    Brew 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Set aside.

    Heat Water

    In a small pot, bring 120 ml of water to a simmer. This will be used to dilute the espresso.

Brown Sugar Caramel Sauce Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 100 g of brown sugar and 50 g of butter. Stir until melted and smooth.

    Once the butter and sugar mixture is smooth, slowly stir in 60 ml of heavy cream and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until fully combined. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

    Remove the saucepan from heat and let the caramel sauce cool slightly before using.

Latte Assembly

    In a separate container, steam 240 ml of milk until hot and frothy. You can use a milk frother or a steam wand if available.
