Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the spaghetti.

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta. Cook until crispy and golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine Ingredients

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Mix Everything Together
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with pancetta, tossing to combine. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly pour in the egg mixture, tossing continuously to coat the pasta. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Plate the Dish
Serve the spaghetti carbonara immediately, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper.
