In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and fresh pineapple juice.

Add the crushed ice to the blender with the other ingredients.

Serve
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.
