Preparing Garlic Butter

Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Make sure it doesn't brown.

Add Garlic
Once the butter is melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves to the butter. Stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Season the Butter
Add 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper to taste to the garlic butter. Mix well and remove from heat.
Preparing the Bread

Slice the Bread
Take the loaf of baguette or Italian bread and slice it in half lengthwise.

Toasting the Bread

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toast the Bread
Place the buttered bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Serving

Slice and Serve
Remove the garlic bread from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice it into pieces and serve warm.
