Preparation

1

Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

2

Sauté the Vegetables

Add the finely chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

3

Add the Sauces

Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

4

Simmer the Mixture

Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Serving

5

Prepare the Buns

While the mixture is simmering, toast the burger buns until golden brown.

6

Assemble the Sloppy Frames

Spoon the beef mixture generously onto the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with your choice of shredded cheese, sliced pickles, and jalapenos if desired.

7

Serve

Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with your favorite side.
