Method
Cooking the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

Cook Fettuccine
Add the fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
Grilling the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
Making the Alfredo Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
