Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
French Toast

Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well blended.

Stuff the French Bread
Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese filling between two slices of French bread to create a sandwich. Repeat for all slices.

Cook the French Toast
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side. Cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Add more butter as needed.

Prepare the Bananas Foster Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and stir until it bubbles. Slice the bananas and gently add them to the mixture. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Carefully add the rum and ground cinnamon, and allow it to cook for another minute.

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Place the stuffed French toast on a serving plate, generously spoon the bananas foster topping over each piece, and finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
