Whipped Feta

    Prepare Whipped Feta

    In a blender or food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as necessary.

Peanut Salsa Macha

    Make Peanut Salsa Macha

    In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add dried chilies and garlic cloves, frying until fragrant. Stir in peanuts and smoked paprika. Cook for a few minutes until the peanuts are golden. Season with salt. Let cool slightly and blend into a chunky sauce.

Crispy Chickpeas

    Crispy Chickpeas

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat dry. Toss with olive oil, cumin, paprika, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes until crispy.

Za'atar Naan

    Make Za'atar Naan

    In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and knead into a dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Roll out, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with za'atar. Cook on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

    Assemble the Dish

    Spread whipped feta on a serving plate. Drizzle with peanut salsa macha, and top with crispy chickpeas. Serve with za'atar naan, drizzled with wildflower honey and lemon wedges on the side.
