Granola Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt.

  3. 3

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey (or maple syrup) and vegetable oil until well combined.

  4. 4

    Combine and Mix

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Spread on Baking Sheet

Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Cool and Add Dried Fruits

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, stir in the dried fruits.

  8. 8

    Store

Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
