Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the High West Bourbon and Angostura Bitters. Add ice and stir well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the old-fashioned glass and strain the mixed drink into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange and an Amarena cherry. Optionally, express the orange peel over the drink for added aroma.
