Cook the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and sauté for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad
In a large salad bowl, place the mixed greens as the base. Chop the red onion into thin slices and scatter over the greens. Halve the grapes and add them to the salad. Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles and roasted sunflower seeds on top.

Combine and Serve
Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle the raspberry vinaigrette over the entire salad just before serving. Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients and distribute the dressing evenly. Serve immediately.
