Cooking the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a golden-brown exterior. Remove from heat and let it rest.

Once the chicken has rested for a few minutes, slice it into thin strips.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Toss the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.

Top the dressed romaine with the sliced chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently to combine.
