Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of truffle oil. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
- 3
Sauté the Mushrooms
In the same skillet, add a little more truffle oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and tender.
- 4
Make the Cream Sauce
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet with the mushrooms. Stir to combine and allow it to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- 5
Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the cream sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly. Slice the cooked chicken and arrange it over the pasta.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and the remaining truffle oil. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
