Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Tomato Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 2
Prepare the Crostinis
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette or French bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Once the crostinis are ready, remove them from the oven. Top each slice with a generous spoonful of the marinated tomato mixture. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and shaved Parmesan on top.

Finish with Balsamic Reduction
Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the topped crostinis for an extra burst of flavor. Serve immediately.
