Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Place it on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.

  2. 2

    Roast the Tomatoes

While the turkey is roasting, halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on another baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Onion and Arugula

Thinly slice the red onion and set aside. Rinse the arugula and dry it thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving platter, layer the sliced turkey, dollops of fermented chili spread, roasted tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, arugula, and sliced onion. Drizzle with any remaining olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
