Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Aperol Aperitif and St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram. Shake gently to mix.
Step 3: Pour and Add Bubbles
Strain the mixture into the prepared wine glass over the ice. Then, slowly pour in the Cava Brut and top with soda water.
Step 4: Garnish
Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.
Step 5: Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Fireside Spritz!
