Cooking the Pork Chop Schnitzel

Prepare the Pork Chops
Pound the pork chops to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Breading the Pork Chops
Dredge each pork chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Pork Chops
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Making the Whipped Potato

Boil the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Cabbage
Shred the cabbage and slice the onion.

In a large pot, combine the cabbage, onion, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat, covered, for about 30 minutes until tender.
Making the Mustard Cream Sauce

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and stir in the Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
