Prepare the Brownie Batter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in flour, cocoa, and salt. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not overcook; the brownies should be soft in the center. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Set the Bars
Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
