Make the Ricotta
In a pot, heat the whole milk and heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes until curds form. Strain through a cheesecloth and set aside.

Prepare the Gnocchi Dough
In a bowl, mix the strained ricotta, flour, and salt until a dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface until smooth. Roll into logs and cut into small pieces to form gnocchi.

Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface (about 2-3 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Add ancho chili powder, lobster stock, and brandy to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat.

Serve
Plate the gnocchi with sauce and garnish as desired.
