Prepare the Ingredients

1. Prepare the Veggies

Finely chop the daikon, potato, tofu, and leek. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Moi

If using pre-made Moi, cut it into small cubes or triangles.

Make the Gochujang Sauce

3. Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.

Cook the Moi

4. Fry the Moi

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté until they are soft.
