Prepare the Meat

Cook Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

Cook Chorizo
In a separate skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble Tacos
Place a generous spoonful of your choice of meat in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, and shredded cheese.

Add Condiments
Finish the tacos by adding sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and salsa to your taste.
