Method

Preparation of Base

  1. 1

    Mix the Base Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Adding Flavor

  1. 2

    Prepare the Fresh Fruit

Chop the fresh fruit of your choice (mango, strawberry, or watermelon) into small pieces. You will need about 2 cups of chopped fruit.

  2. 3

    Combine with Base

Add the chopped fruit and fresh mint leaves to the tequila mixture. Mix gently to combine, ensuring the fruit is evenly distributed.

Freezing and Serving

  1. 4

    Pour into Shot Glasses

Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small plastic cups, filling them about three-quarters full.

  2. 5

    Freeze

Place the filled shot glasses in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

  3. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once frozen, remove the shots from the freezer. Optionally, garnish with lime wedges and a sprinkle of chili powder before serving.
