Preparation of Margarita

Prepare the Glass
If desired, moisten the rim of a chilled glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to create a salted rim.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of Triple Sec, and 3 oz of Nuestra Receta de Sweet & Sour.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Combine with Beer

Pour Margarita
Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Add Dos XX
Slowly pour 7 oz of Dos XX over the margarita mixture, allowing it to mix gently.
Garnishing

Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
