Cook the Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the cooked ground beef. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Prepare the Tortilla
Warm the large flour tortilla in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.

Layer the Filling
On the warm tortilla, start by adding the cooked rice, then the black beans, and finally the seasoned ground beef.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling, followed by chopped lettuce and a dollop of sour cream. Add salsa as desired.

Wrap the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Ensure it is tightly wrapped.
