Method

Prepare Kafta Skewers

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Shape Skewers

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming long sausage-like shapes.

  3. 3

    Grill Skewers

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush skewers with olive oil and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

Prepare Greek Salad

  1. 4

    Combine Salad Ingredients

In a bowl, combine diced cucumber, tomatoes, sliced red onion, feta, and olives.

  2. 5

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Prepare Hummus

  1. 6

    Blend Ingredients

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, water, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Prepare Garlic Potatoes

  1. 7

    Cook Potatoes

In a large pot, boil cubed potatoes until tender. Drain and return to pot.

  2. 8

    Add Seasoning

Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Toss gently until well coated.

  3. 9

    Garnish

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Cook Rice

  1. 10

    Boil Water

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt.

  2. 11

    Add Rice

Stir in rice, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until rice is fluffy.

Serve

  1. 12

    Plate the Dish

On a large plate, arrange kafta skewers, Greek salad, hummus, garlic potatoes, and rice. Serve with tzatziki sauce, garlic sauce, and pita bread on the side.
