Method

Preparation

1

Marinate the Chicken and Beef

In a bowl, combine chicken breast and beef strips with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Greek Salad

Chop cucumber, tomato, and red onion. In a separate bowl, mix with feta cheese, olives, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3

Cook the Rice

Rinse the rice under cold water. In a pot, combine rice with double the amount of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked.

4

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into wedges. Boil until tender, then drain and toss with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

5

Cook the Chicken and Beef

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Similarly, cook the beef strips for about 4-5 minutes until browned.

6

Warm the Pita Bread

Wrap pita bread in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5-7 minutes to warm.

Serving

7

Plate the Mixed Plate

On a large platter, arrange the chicken shawarma, beef gyro, Greek salad, hummus, rice, and garlic potatoes. Serve with tzatziki, garlic sauce, and warm pita bread on the side.
