Method

Beef Gyro

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil until well combined. Shape into small patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Greek Salad

  1. 3

    Make the Salad

In a mixing bowl, combine diced cucumber, tomato, sliced red onion, olives, and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Hummus

  1. 4

    Blend Hummus

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary to reach desired consistency.

Rice

  1. 5

    Cook the Rice

Rinse the basmati rice under cold water. In a pot, combine rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Garlic Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

  2. 7

    Bake the Potatoes

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Tzatziki

  1. 8

    Make Tzatziki

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.
