Method

Beef Fillet Mignon Souvlaki

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef fillet mignon and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Skewer the Meat

Cut the marinated beef into 1-inch cubes and thread onto skewers. Grill on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Greek Salad

  1. 3

    Prepare the Salad

In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Hummus

  1. 4

    Blend the Hummus

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Rice

  1. 5

    Cook the Rice

In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Garlic Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes.

Tzatziki Sauce

  1. 7

    Mix the Tzatziki

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, olive oil, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
