Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Gnocchi

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the potato gnocchi according to package instructions. Once they float to the top, they are done. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Spinach and Cream

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and add red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Gnocchi and Sauce

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with sliced tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
