Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grilled Salmon

Season the salmon filets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Make the Scallion Fried Rice

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped scallions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice and stir well. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Grill the Asparagus

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

  4. 4

    Prepare Ginger Soy Beurre-Blanc Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add grated ginger and soy sauce; whisk until combined and heated through. Remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the grilled salmon alongside the scallion fried rice and grilled asparagus. Drizzle the ginger soy beurre-blanc sauce over the salmon and serve immediately.
