Sandwich Preparation
- 1
Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the 6 slices of white or wheat bread until golden brown.

- 3
Prepare the Tomato
Wash and slice the large tomato into thin slices.
- 4
Assemble the Sandwich
On one slice of toasted bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with 4 oz of sliced turkey, 2 leaves of lettuce, and 3 slices of tomato. Top with the final slice of toasted bread and spread the remaining tablespoon of mayonnaise on top.

Cut and Serve
Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure with toothpicks if desired. Serve immediately.
French Fries Preparation

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- 9
Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, or to taste.
- 10
Serve
Serve the fries alongside the turkey club sandwich or as a standalone side.
