Mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, red onion, shredded carrots and cabbage topped with seasoned croutons. Served with your choice of dressing on the side.

Method
Prepare Salad

Wash and chop vegetables
Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and pat dry. In a large bowl, add the mixed greens, halved grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, pitted and sliced black olives, finely chopped red onion, shredded carrots, and shredded cabbage.

Toss the salad
Gently toss all the ingredients together until evenly distributed. Set aside.
Prepare Croutons

Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the bread
In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Bake croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let cool.
Serve Salad

Assemble the salad
Once the croutons are cooled, sprinkle them over the prepared salad. Serve the salad with your choice of dressing on the side.
