Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and anchovy paste until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
