Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the lobster is baking, trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on another baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Roast the Asparagus

Roast the asparagus in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.

  6. 6

    Make the Drawn Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and lemon juice, stirring until fragrant.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the lobster tails alongside the roasted asparagus. Drizzle the drawn butter over the lobster and serve immediately.
