Prepare the Roasted Tomato Butter
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the halved cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until caramelized.

Make the Butter Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the roasted tomatoes (along with any juices) and the lobster meat, stirring gently to combine.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as necessary to create a silky sauce. Stir in the arugula and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
