Broiled Oysters Ingredients
Method
Broiled Oysters Directions
Prepare the Oysters
Preheat your broiler on high. Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet. Ensure the deep cupped side is facing down.
Top the Oysters
Spoon a generous amount of the Cajun butter mixture over each oyster. Then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Broil the Oysters
Place the baking sheet under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Prepare the Toast Points
While the oysters are broiling, toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown. Cut into triangles for toast points.
Serve
Remove the oysters from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges and the toasted sourdough points on the side.
