Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and coat them with blackening seasoning. Once the skillet is hot, add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
- 2
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced strawberries, halved red grapes, chopped walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.
- 3
Add the Salmon
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a minute. Then, flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad.
- 4
Dress the Salad
Drizzle with poppy seed dressing to taste and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- 5
Serve
Divide the salad into serving bowls and enjoy your blackened salmon salad!
